The HIKER HM-2000S is a powerful press that was designed to insert standard grommets. The press feeds both the grommets and washers automatically then punches a hole in the material and sets the grommet all in a single cycle. The HM-2000S uses a 1/3hp motor to turn a flywheel which multiplies the force of the motor. The extra force created by the flywheel makes the HIKER HM-2000S a very powerful machine that will cut through tough material and set larger grommet sizes more easily than presses that use only a small motor. An added standard feature to the HM-2000S is a laser pointer which helps to increase the accuracy of the placement of each grommet. The HIKER HM-2000S comes with standard safety features such as a die guard and emergency power down button. Custom guarding, guide tables and other modifications can be done by HIKER to accomodate your company's specific production needs.

The HIKER H-308 is a reliable and economical dual feed grommeting machine. It works with self-piercing grommets, which cut their own holes instead of having the machine do the cutting. This makes the machine less complicated, easier to maintain, more reliable and cost as much as $5,000 dollars less than competing machines. The H-308 also has one of the most trouble free feeding systems in the market today. Companies that insert less than 50,000 grommets per month will find this dual feed machine an excellent buy. Available with a static clutch (stationary foot pedal), or magnetic clutch (moveable foot pedal), the H-308 comes with standard safety features such as a die shield and surrounding die table.
